Health & Being Well
Life is no dress rehearsal. As a dad, husband, leader and role model I never lose sight of how I want to spend the last decade of my life. As physically and emotionally strong as possible to enjoy every minute with those I love. F45 Training
They say ‘Team Training, Life Changing’ and it’s true. I’m at the 0515 class most days and I love the people I work out with, the variety and the fact that 45 minutes after starting I have worked out. Hard. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a community of like minded people focused on getting strong and living well.
AUDIBLE
This is my most loved subscription, full stop. There is something about hearing the authors voice while they tell their story which makes for a deeply memorable experience. Countless titles and ideal for working out, commutes and trips. Highly recommended!
DOWN DOG
Down Dog provides a studio-like yoga experience in the comfort of your home and for someone like me with a life-time of musculoskeletal injuries, tightness and the flexibility of a chess player, this app has been absolutely brilliant!
LIFE BLOOD
If there is one appointment I love each month, it’s donating plasma at Lifeblood. Their work is critical and donations are always needed and the Lifeblood team is nothing short of wonderful.
