A Message for CEOs
Dear CEO,
Being a CEO is lonely. I know, because I've sat in the seat you're in now. It's a privilege to lead, and leading through what feels like permanent disruption takes a toll that most of the people around you can't fully see.
I'm Phil Hayes-St Clair. I work one-to-one with CEOs and regional MDs navigating growth, pressure and transition, as someone who has built seven companies, served in the military, and carried the weight of the role.
The work comes down to three things: scaling you as a leader, strengthening the team around you, and building a business that can sustain the growth you're chasing, without it costing you your health or the people you love.
Before you consider any next step, I'd like you to hear one conversation.
EP 168 of my podcast: How CEOs can communicate commitment to work without damaging family, leadership or growth.
It contains an important message which I think will help you.

If it resonates, that's usually the sign it's worth a conversation. You can reach me directly here, or explore what working together looks like.
