Now, onto to Partnership Wednesday! Here are 3 ideas from me and 1 question for you to consider this week to create partnerships you never thought possible.
3 IDEAS FROM ME
I.
Take a piece of paper and draw a line down the middle. On the left list the jobs that your business does really well. On the right, list the job you have to do, they are not likely to bring you joy but are necessary. The opportunity to partner lives in that right hand column.
II.
When it comes to pricing, save time by asking your soon-to-be-partner how their other partnerships are structured in terms of pricing. While you shouldn’t expect details, you can expect to receive clues about how the economics work with their partners. This will help avoid the stumbling block of pitching a pricing model that is unexpected and unworkable for the partner.
III.
Your professional network is standing by to make introductions and create new partnership opportunities. All you need to do is ask them for help. What are you waiting for?
