The CEO Lab
A six-week program for six CEOs turning over between one and 30 million in annual revenue. You go through it together as a cohort, and the class you join stays with you well beyond the six weeks.
Getting to a million in revenue is an achievement most companies never reach. Getting to 30 million is a different challenge, and it asks for a different version of you as a CEO. At this stage most CEOs have ambition and effort in abundance. What runs short is the right thinking environment: the decisions get bigger, the stakes get higher, and the number of people you can think out loud with gets smaller. The CEO Lab was built for exactly this moment.
