Comments, Privacy & How We Do Business
Community Code of Conduct (for blog comments)
This code of conduct is modelled on the one over at Fred Wilson’s blog. It sets the important expectation that civil debate in the spirit of increasing collective wisdom is always welcome and should be promoted.
Here are the rules which help guide this code:
- We do not tolerate racism, sexism, and hate speech of any kind
- We seek to encourage a wide diversity of opinions
- Debate and discussion is expected
- We respect each other and are careful to use polite and civil language
- We avoid aggressive “in your face” language and trolling
- We do not ban, mute, or delete comments unless they are spam, porn, or hate speech.
I may add to this list if anyone comes up with additional good ones but this covers the basics.
